Accessibility
Doctor Online aims to make teleconsultation information and the patient waiting room usable by people with different abilities, devices, languages, and connection conditions.

What we provide
- Keyboard-accessible controls and visible focus indicators on public pages and consultation controls.
- Skip links, semantic headings, form labels, status announcements, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion support.
- English, Hindi, and Telugu options in the patient journey where translations are available.
- An audio-only reconnection option when video is not practical or the connection is weak.
Known limitations
Video consultations depend on a compatible browser, camera, microphone, and network connection. Some third-party browser permission dialogs and device hardware may not be fully controllable by this service. If video is not accessible, tell the doctor and use the available audio or in-person alternative when clinically appropriate.
Report a barrier
If you cannot use a page, form, language option, or consultation control, use the contact page and describe the page, device, browser, and barrier. Do not include unnecessary clinical details in an accessibility report.
