Teleconsultation support

Use this checklist if you are preparing for a consultation or have difficulty joining the waiting room. Do not send passwords, payment details, or unnecessary medical information in a technical-support message.

Emergency: Do not wait for online support if you have severe or life-threatening symptoms. Call 112 in India or go to the nearest emergency department.

Before joining

  1. Use a current version of Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox on a supported phone, tablet, or computer.
  2. Use a private, well-lit space and connect to a stable network. Avoid public Wi-Fi when possible.
  3. Allow camera and microphone access when the browser asks. Check that another app is not using the camera or microphone.
  4. Keep relevant reports and medicine information available, but share only what is needed for care.

ABDM sandbox support and documentation

For official ABDM onboarding, sandbox registration, and technical support, use the authorities directly rather than relying on a website claim or local implementation. The current site does not claim ABDM approval until the official sandbox testing and certification process is completed.

Privacy and accessibility

Use a private environment and clear sensitive details from a shared device when you finish. Read the privacy information and accessibility statement for more guidance.
